1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to Markshles Cloud Suite, its SaaS services, accounts, subscriptions, modules, portals and related services. By creating an account, subscribing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the service lawfully. Account owners are responsible for users, roles and permissions they authorize within their tenant.
3. Plans, trials and subscriptions
Features, limits, modules, billing periods and prices depend on the selected plan. Trials may expire or convert according to the offer shown at enrollment. Private plans may be assigned to eligible accounts.
4. Payments and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed through enabled payment methods. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically when disclosed during purchase. Failed or overdue payments may restrict paid features until resolved.
5. Tenant data and separation
Each tenant operates in a logically separated environment. Customers remain responsible for business data they enter and for assigning appropriate access permissions.
6. Integrations and third parties
Optional integrations such as payments, shipping, fulfillment, email or invoicing may be governed by their own terms, availability and fees.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, secure or modify the platform and its modules. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity or material violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Markshles Cloud Suite software, branding, interface and original platform content remain protected intellectual property. Customer-owned content remains subject to its respective ownership rights.
10. Legal and tax responsibility
Customers must evaluate whether the platform meets their legal, accounting, tax and operational requirements. Platform tools do not constitute individualized legal or tax advice.
