1. Information collected
We may process account details, contact information, authentication data, transactions, orders, support communications, device/security logs and information submitted to enabled business modules.
2. Purposes
Information is used to provide and secure accounts, process transactions, operate tenant services, communicate with users, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain required records.
3. Tenant and customer responsibilities
For tenant-controlled business data, the tenant determines why its customer or workforce information is entered and used. Platform processing supports services configured by that tenant.
4. Service providers
Data may be shared with providers only as reasonably necessary for enabled functions such as hosting, payments, email, shipping, fulfillment or invoicing.
5. Mexico fiscal data
RFC and other Mexican fiscal information is collected only through authenticated account workflows when invoicing is requested or configured. It is not intended for public visitor forms.
6. Retention
Records are retained as reasonably necessary for service, contractual, security, accounting and legal obligations. Periods may differ by record type and jurisdiction.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and tenant separation. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
8. User rights and choices
Depending on applicable law and account role, users may access, correct, export or request deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. International processing
Services and providers may operate in different jurisdictions. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required for cross-border processing.
10. Policy changes and contact
This notice may be updated as services, laws or processing practices change. The current version and effective date will be published through the platform.
